Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 workings days of your order.

All Golf-Xpress orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or DPD Courier to ensure maximum security and protection of your order. Small items are sent using Royal Mail, any larger items will be dispatched using the DPD Courier Service, this will be specified at the checkout. All DPD orders will be delivered between 9am and 6pm and require a signature upon collection. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card, and you will be expected to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time or arrange for collection from your local depot. 

UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £40 from Golf-Xpress. Please note only orders placed before 9am Mon-Fri will qualify for 2/3 day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. We cannot guarantee next day delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Other Islands and a small number of remote rural locations. We should hold all products in stock, and we aim to deliver your order straight away, but despite our best efforts particularly with very popular items these can sell out, if this happens we will place a back order for you and send the goods out as soon as they are available, we will always inform you by email or telephone if the item chosen is not in stock to give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.


Privacy & Security 

Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how we use any personal information obtained from you. By using our website, you understand and agree that the information you provide will be used to process your order only.

Credit & Debit card details are NOT stored by GOLF-XPRESS. SagePay or PayPal will hold your details on their secure server so you can be assured of credit card safety.

What information do we collect?

When you order we need to know your name, shipping address, e-mail address, a daytime contact number is very important for our courier to be able to contact you, credit card or debit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order. When you sign up to our mailing list we only need to know your e-mail address and you will be sent details of new products and special offers in the store.

GOLF-XPRESS does NOT sell any information about their customers. We will not forward your details on to any third party at any time.

How we protect your information

We endeavor to protect your information in the following ways: By encrypting your personal information. When you place an order or access your account, information will be sent through to us using a secure server 128-bit encryption. This protects your confidential data, and credit card details from unauthorized use.

Privacy Policy

GOLF-XPRESS is committed to protecting your privacy; we use the information we collect from your shopping experience here to process orders. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

If you agree to join our mailing list then we use the e-mail address you supply, to inform you of updated product information and special offers.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email a member of our customer service team as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Alternatively you can edit your details on the ‘My Account’ page on the Golf-Xpress website. (See updating account information)


Returns & Replacements


We apologise that in most circumstances it is not most possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add products, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice between 9am and 5pm, Mon-Fri,email us Please ensure you have your order details ready, including Order No, and Order Date. An order may be cancelled without reason up to 7 days after being placed. If the order has already been dispatched please see our returns procedure.

 Returns & Replacements

 At Golf-Xpress we aim to guarantee your satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, please return them to us unused in the original packaging with the original tags still attached in a resalable condition, this must be done within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will incur an additional postage charge; refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, upon receipt of the goods to us.

 If the goods are deemed to be faulty please email the Golf-Xpress customer service team ( with your original Order No and Order Date to hand to inform us immediately. If a product is considered faulty we arrange a replacement or refund to be sent out immediately.

Please note when sending products back you are still responsible for the goods until they received back to our offices, so we strongly recommend you use an insured or recorded delivery, so they have to be signed for on delivery. Please include a copy of your Original Invoice in the parcel.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, Golf-Xpress 
has the right assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund.

Once you have found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your cart, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout” link at the top of your screen, or alternatively you can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ link on the top right-hand side of the your screen.

  • In order to proceed to checkout, you must first register an account with us, or log in to your existing golf-xpress account using your e-mail address and password.
  • You can go back and amend your order at any stage of the checkout process by simply using the navigation menu on the right hand side of your screen.
  • At the checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred shipping method and any additional cost will be added to your order.
  • When you're happy and ready to complete your order, click the ’place order now’ button where you will be taking to your online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after it has been processed.
  • If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, your order has not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, or you have any other further questions regarding your order, then please email our Customer Services team  (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) Emails answered within 24 hours

All products are sent directly from our warehouse, all orders will be shipped once clear payment of the goods has been received. 


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment via Major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, PayPal and Google Checkout

 All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Here at Golf-Xpress we regularly run special offers and price promotions on a large selection of our products. Golf-Xpress reserve the right to withdraw / change promotional offers at any time. 


Viewing Orders

If you wish to view your orders at any time simply log into your ‘My Account’ page using your email address and password. You can then view all your orders by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ link on the left hand side. On this page you can review your orders, print your order invoice and track the current status of your order. 


Updating Account Information

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply click on 'My Account' in the top menu bar. Log in using your your email address and password and from here you will be able to update and change your existing online account details.

If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into 'My Account’ page and click on the ‘Newsletter Subscriptions’ link on the right hand side. From here you will be able to manage your personal mailing list.
