Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation 

We apologise that in most circumstances it is not most possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add products, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 0844 745 1919 between 9am and 5pm, Mon-Fri, or email us sales@golf-xpress.com. Please ensure you have your order details ready, including Order No, and Order Date. An order may be cancelled without reason up to 7 days after being placed. If the order has already been dispatched please see our returns procedure.

 

Golf-Xpress Return Policy: Unwanted Items

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about an order. If you no longer require your items, you are welcome to return them to us. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Return Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to Golf-Xpress. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your own protection.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of unwanted items. This fee covers the processing and handling costs associated with returning the merchandise.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in original, unopened and unused condition, with all tags still attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet the conditions above, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, minus the restocking. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Important Note:

This policy applies to unwanted items only. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please see our separate policy for handling such situations.

Returns & Replacements

At Golf-Xpress we aim to guarantee your satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, please return them to us unused in the original packaging with the original tags still attached in a resalable condition, this must be done within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will incur an additional postage charge; refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, upon receipt of the goods to us.

 If the goods are deemed to be faulty please email the Golf-Xpress customer service team ( sales@golf-xpress.com) with your original Order No and Order Date to hand to inform us immediately. If a product is considered faulty we arrange a replacement or refund to be sent out immediately.

Please note when sending products back you are still responsible for the goods until they received back to our offices, so we strongly recommend you use an insured or recorded delivery, so they have to be signed for on delivery. Please include a copy of your Original Invoice in the parcel.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, Golf-Xpress 
has the right assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund.
